Aerials Are Apparently Optional
Gabriel spent an entire evening jumping underneath the ball and calling it aerial practice.
Gabriel entered free play with one objective: touch the ball while airborne. Forty-five minutes later, the ball remained emotionally and physically distant.
A brave approach
Most players line up the shot, feather boost, and make small adjustments. Gabriel simply holds every button at once and hopes the car develops instincts of its own.
The result is less “controlled flight” and more “shopping cart thrown down a staircase.”
Transferable skills
This is not limited to Rocket League. In shooters, Gabriel reloads during fights. In racing games, he explores the barriers. In strategy games, the strategy is usually discovered after defeat.
The talent may change. The outcome does not.
